All Property Content Services include a Standard 30-Second Video Edit + 20 High-Resolution Photos
Custom Edits & Additional Editing may be added via Custom Estimate prior to production.
DELIVERABLES
Number of photos and overall length of edited footage will be “Standard” unless otherwise determined prior to production.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE
Once your content has been captured, Post Production generally begins within the next few business days.
However, if you require your content to be delivered “ASAP!!!” then you have the option to expedite delivery.
RAW PHOTOS & VIDEO CLIPS
If you wish to license/purchase the full-resolution RAW multimedia files for future use, you may request upload via private FTP link for an additional Media Processing Fee of $50.
Commercial Licensing Explained
EDITING
Post Production often requires 3-4X the time it takes to actually capture RAW footage because the content must be ingested, organized, assembled, rendered then properly uploaded to multiple channels for viewing and download.
Standard Editing is included in with “Standard Services.”
Custom “Stylized Edits” (below) or Additional Editing required beyond the scope of your Standard Edit, will be billed as follows:
STYLE OPTIONS
“Music Video Style” - A fast-paced, hyperbolized and highly commercial sneak peek of your property. Perfect for glossy Website Promos, Investor Decks and Social Media Marketing Posts.
“The Cinematic Cut” - Very simple, slow-paced edit that highlights your property with a really “cinematic” perspective.
TIME ESTIMATES
15 Second Video: 5-10 Hours*
30 Second Video: 10-15 Hours*
60 Second Video: 15-20 Hours*
90 Second Video: 25-30 Hours*
*Heavily stylized ”Music Video” Edits are very complex with lots of graphics and therefore require a ton of creative thought & rendering!
Slower, “Cinematic” edits that don’t involve heavy manipulation require far less time so the above time estimates are greatly reduced.
OUTSOURCED EDITING
The most cost-effective option is to have your edit out-sourced to less talented Editors.
However, “quality of creativity” may not be as high.
FINAL CUTS & ADDITIONAL VERSIONS
A draft of the final edit will be submitted prior to final cut.
ONE round of changes may be made to every Standard Edit.
Additional changes to your Standard or Custom Edit Style video will be billed hourly starting at $150/hr. Photos start at $50/hr.
